PRESS RELEASE: Triple Solar wins Cobouw Innovation Award 2021 with new PVT heat pump
The judges praised the compactness that saves a lot of space and also eliminates the need for a noisy outdoor unit of air-to-water heat pumps.
The second innovation is that by using propane as a refrigerant, an inlet temperature of over 70˚ C can be made.

Triple Solar launches PVT heat pump with propane as refrigerant
On September 28 Triple Solar launched its new Triple Solar® PVT heat pump during the Duurzaam verwarmd fair. It’s specifically developed for PVT solar panels as energy source and can be used as hybrid (existing buildings) as well as all-electric (new buildings).
