- The PVT heat pump 3.5 comes online when connected to power. The green LED, on the Interface, shows that it is online.
- Scan the QR code on or in the Interface’s casing (or enter the URL in your internet browser).
- Create an account or log in with an existing account.
- You have access to the heat pump.
Obtain a login for My Triple Solar based on these three different situations:
As an installer:
- Have your organisation send you an invitation to join.
- Once you receive the invitation email, follow the instructions in the email to create an account.
As a PVT heat pump owner whose installer has already registered the PVT heat pump:
- Wait for an invitation e-mail from your installer to become an administrator of your PVT heat pump.
- Once you receive the invitation email, follow the instructions in the email to create an account.
As a PVT heat pump owner whose installer has not yet registered the PVT heat pump:
- If your installer has not yet registered your PVT heat pump, go to the website app.triplesolar.eu in your browser.
- Click on the option “Create an account.”
- Scan the QR code on the interface of your PVT heat pump and enter a valid e-mail address.
- You will receive an e-mail.
- Follow the instructions in the e-mail and create an account.
My Triple Solar is a web application that you can access via the browser on your phone, computer or tablet. To access My Triple Solar quickly and easily, add the website to your phone’s home screen.
Follow these steps for iOS devices:
- Open the browser on your phone and go to the website app.triplesolar.eu.
At the bottom (on an iPad at the top), tap the share button icon, which looks like a square with an upward arrow. - Choose “Put on home screen”.
- Adjust the name if desired.
- Tap “Add”.
- My Triple Solar is now on your phone’s home screen.
Follow these steps for Android devices:
- Open the browser on your phone and go to the website app.triplesolar.eu.
- Tap the three dots at the top right.
- Choose “Add to home screen”.
- Enter a name.
- Tap “Add”.
- My Triple Solar is now on your phone’s home screen.
