PVT panels combine two essential functions in one sleek, high-efficiency design. The front of the panel features high-performance photovoltaic (PV) cells that generate electricity, while the integrated thermal heat exchanger (T) on the reverse captures energy from both the ambient air and the panel itself.
This energy is available all year round — day and night — even in overcast conditions or freezing temperatures. The PVT heat pump converts this captured energy into sustainable heat for central heating and domestic hot water. During the summer months, the system can also provide active cooling for your home.
The heat pump without the outdoor unit
Een hybride zonnepaneel maakt een buitenunit overbodig. De warmtebron zit namelijk al in het paneel zelf. De thermische wisselaar aan de achterkant van het paneel haalt warmte uit buitenlucht en zoninstraling.
Dat is dezelfde functie die een traditionele buitenunit met ventilatoren uitvoert. Het dak wordt hiermee de energiebron voor de warmtepomp.
De volledige broninstallatie ligt stil op het dak. Dat maakt het systeem compact, betrouwbaar en esthetisch aantrekkelijk. Je woning krijgt een warmtepompbron die werkt in alle seizoenen zonder geluid en zonder ruimte te verliezen buiten.

A PVT panel operates day and night. The solar cells generate electricity whenever there is light, while the thermal rear continuously captures energy from the surrounding environment — even in darkness, during overcast conditions, or in freezing temperatures.
As a result, PVT panels provide energy all year round. Your heat pump receives a constant energy supply, keeping your home comfortable without interruption.
Technical specifications
PVT panels are available in two configurations: landscape and portrait.
Both deliver 450 Wp and have a panel surface area of 2.0 m². The difference lies in their orientation, allowing you to position the panels optimally on any roof type.
