Villa in Amstelveen off the grid with PVT solar panels

The challenge

Anouk Steggerda and Terence van Buuren no longer wanted a gas connection for their new-build villa, but also no loss of comfort. The villa has high insulation values and three double glazing and of course underfloor heating throughout the 4 floors.

The solution

On the top roof, we laid the foundation with 10 PVT heat pump solar panels. Placed so that you cannot see it when standing on the street. A triple Solar “fence” made of aluminum heat pump panels was placed in the garden because the 10 panels on the roof do not provide sufficient source capacity. The 16 kW heat pump with buffer tank and 300 liter boiler state is easily accessible in a separate technical room. The first winter passed brilliantly, the house has not been below 21 degrees for a second.[ultimate_carousel slides_on_desk=”2″ slides_on_tabs=”1″ slides_on_mob=”1″ el_class=”carousel-fontsize” arrow_color=”#000000″ next_icon=”ultsl-arrow-right6″ prev_icon=”ultsl-arrow-left6″][/ultimate_carousel]
